General Terms of Service-Payment in USD upfront through PayPal and show screenshot/proof of payment (can discuss splitting payment for larger commissions $100usd+)
-For personal usage only, not for commercial use or to make any profit
-Not "work for hire", not for NFTs nor AI
-No refunds allowed if I started on your piece

All Commissions Include:
-Solid color background (sometimes including simple shapes/patterns)
-Transparent background version
-Done in 300 DPI
-You'll receive the finished commission as a PNG via email (let me know if you prefer other formats)Process
-I will send process at Sketch, Lineart, Flat colors stages for your approval before continuing
-Major changes at allowed at Sketch stage, minor changes at Lineart stage, only color changes at Flat colors stage.
-The price of the commission might increase depending on character complexity, addition of props and backgrounds, and any major revisions after the commission has been completed
-Will be completed within 1-3 weeks (will give reasoning if the commission might be delayed)
-If you want the piece to be completed by a certain date (ie a holiday or birthday present), please inform me and I'll do my best to finish within the time.Usage of Finished Commission
-You can use it as personal icons/pfp/headers and edit/crop/print it
-You can post the commission online (tag/link back to one of my social medias)
-I can post the finished commission to my social medias (I will always ask before posting, please let me know if you prefer to keep it private)
Please provide clear visual reference for your character
The more descriptions and visual references given, it will turn out closer to how you visualize it (exact colors, visual examples of poses, mood boards, outfit and prop photos are great!)
Otherwise, you can allow me to have artistic freedom with the piece
